Pulse Lead CRM Dashboard
An operations dashboard concept for tracking leads, pipeline stages, and follow-up cadence without cluttered SaaS chrome.
- React
- TypeScript
- CSS Modules
- Chart-ready layout
Overview
Pulse CRM explores a calm command surface for sales ops: pipeline visibility, task queues, and lead context in one glass board.
Problem / Design Challenge
CRM screens often overload users with dense tables and competing widgets. The challenge was to design an information architecture that feels executive and usable.
Proposed Solution & Architecture
Proposed solution groups pipeline, activity, and lead detail into clear zones with progressive disclosure. Data shown in the mockup is illustrative sample content only.
Assumptions (conceptual work)
- Lead records and ownership rules would come from a verified data layer
Key Features
- Pipeline stage columns with focusable cards
- Lead detail drawer layout concept
- Activity timeline and follow-up reminders
- Role-ready empty and loading states
Engineering Decisions & Trade-offs
- Avoided fake KPI scorecards that imply live business metrics
- Designed for keyboard navigation across board columns
- Separated visualization placeholders from real analytics wiring
Testing & Verification Notes
No CRM backend, authentication, or live lead data was connected. This is a UI/architecture concept for discussion and iteration.
Lessons Learned
- Empty states matter as much as populated boards
- Sales tools benefit from quieter color usage outside status accents
Next Steps
- Map fields to a real CRM or database schema
- Add permissioned views after auth is confirmed
